Mecha-Smiles grapples with Monbugara for his life. That's what it looks like, anyway.
Monbugara is a monster created by Baron Bloggkkx to attack Smuirlat and raid the archives of the Smixion capital building, as depicted in Chapter 1: I Suck At Fighting Monsters. These plans were ostensibly foiled by Mecha-Smiles and actually foiled by Mop-Top and Me-Me. Monbugara appeared to have been killed, though he returned, in diminished form, to assist Bloggkkx in Chapter 2: Smohix Smonster Smash.

Monbugara is actually a colony of bugers, mutated by Bloggkkx in his laboratory on the Supirion moonlet of Yurg. For this reason, they have difficulty maintaining mobility and will quickly set root if they stay in one place too long. Unfortunately, Monbugara is not terribly mobile either, though he can extend numerous buger tendrils to incredible lengths. Though malcontent with his lot serving a corrupt creator, he is powerless to resist Bloggkkx's will.
